1. General
By accessing and using the Smart Office Supplies Ltd website (smartofficeltd.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

3. Products & Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
4. Pricing & Quotations
It is not our policy to display prices online as we are importers, wholesalers and distributors. Pricing varies based on quantity and customer type. Customers may request a quotation through our checkout process by selecting “Send me a quote”. Quotations are typically valid for 30 days from the date of issue. All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed through our website by adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout. At checkout, you may choose to:
- Confirm the order for immediate processing and delivery
- Request a quotation for a detailed price breakdown before committing
Payment for confirmed orders can be made upon delivery by cash, cheque, Revolut, or BOV Mobile. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
6. Delivery
We deliver across Malta and Gozo. Standard delivery is free for orders over €30. We aim to deliver within 1–3 business days, however delivery times may vary based on stock availability and location. Orders placed before 10am may be eligible for same-day delivery. Customers may also collect orders from our warehouse during opening hours (Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:00pm).
7. Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition and packaging. To arrange a return, please contact us at joe@smartofficeltd.com. Custom-made items (e.g. rubber stamps, personalised items) cannot be returned unless they are defective. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your details current. Smart Office Supplies Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Smart Office Supplies Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.
