You may have noted that many of our items are not priced.
It is not our policy to quote prices online, in view of the fact that we are not just an online store but Importers, Wholesalers and Distributors.
Our website offers the possibility to the customer of choosing requested items which are added to the cart / trolley. Afterwards, when reaching the Checkout Method window, you are given 2 options: 'Confirm order now' or 'Send me a quote'.
If you choose 'Confirm order now', the order will be processed and delivered. Related payment can be done upon delivery by cash / cheque / Revolut or BOV mobile. Previously submitted confirmed orders can be resubmitted by going to 'My Orders' - 'Payment on Account' - 'Add these products to my current order' and continue normal procedure.
In the case you choose 'Send me a quote', Mr Joe Borg, Director, will send you a quote via email within 24 hours, which obviously you can accept or withdraw. Previously submitted requests for quotation can be updated and resubmitted by going to 'My Orders' - 'Quotation Requestes' - 'Add these products to my current order' and continue normal procedure.
